Tired

Someone once told me, go to work, do your routine things, get the pay, and settle with that. Don't have to work too hard. Just be an average worker.

Why?


Because, when you come home, that is when the magic begins. After office hours, you can do anything you wish. Anything that interest you, anything that you are really passionate about.

But.

I am greedy. I want to do something I like, ALL DAY LONG.

Now I know Why

There lies a certain truth about why there are always so few girls in the engineering field.
Because it just simply isn't a girl thing.


Not to mention, Mechanical Engineering, its totally not a girl thing, and its certainly not my thing.


When I was in secondary school, I was very active in girl guides, thinking no hot sun or heavy rain can stop me from building my gadgets, getting bruises here and there and cutting my finger means nothing to me. I was certainly not a girly girl back then.


So, that explains my Engineering degree path. My thought was, I can do what a guy can do, no big deal. Don't get me wrong , studying engineering was really fun. But, being one is a whole different story. Somewhere along the way, I think I turned into a super girly girl.


Going to work with my short messy hair, old nike shoe that doesnt match with any of my outfit just isn't my thing. Its an engineering thing. Engineering thing is not a girl thing!


I've had it.


A decision has been made.


May the year 2008 be the best year of my life.
